of market needs, a companion company to Support Insurance Systems
was formed in 1997, Support Financial Resources,
Inc. (SFR). SFR’s objective is to better the performance
of the financial institution’s service and delivery from
front-line to management.
1998 – Growth through acquisition
of the Scott Agency in Cincinnati, OH.
1999 – Alliance formed with
Professional Development Services, and Support Financial Resources
providing Employee Characteristic Assessments
and ‘Hiring Right’ Profiles.
2000 – Developed direct
interfaces with major insurance companies representing
hundreds of national insurance carriers, to electronically receive
and update insurance coverage information.
2001 – Partnered with our
first two credit union clients from the “Billion
Dollar Club.”
2001 – Developed and released
through SFR, You
Really Count!, a breakthrough customer research and
product deployment service.
2002 – Developed and released
WorkLife!, a real-time, web based
employee satisfaction survey.
2002 – Partnered
with New York Life
Agency, the Estate Planning Institute and Michael P. Daly, MSFS,
ChFC, CLU, FLMI, CFP, to provide a timely and compelling Executive
Benefits Programfor Credit Unions.
