processing the letter production report for USAFCU, I encountered
an internal system note to ‘call member before sending another
letter’. I then called the member and indicated that Support
received her policy, but USAFCU was not listed as the lien-holder
and that her deductibles were too high to meet the established
requirements by USAFCU. I then explained the steps necessary to
handle this matter and she was very grateful.
